Returns & Exchanges

Items that were ordered for delivery may be exchanged; however, all exchanges must be completed in person at our physical store.

The item will be inspected to ensure that it:

• Has not been worn
• Is in its original condition
• Has all original tags attached

Please note that items purchased directly at our physical store cannot be exchanged, as a changing room is available for customers to confirm their correct size before purchasing.
